Welcome to Intertwine Fitness! I’m Resthlyj Buchan, and I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals through a balanced approach that combines expertise and personal experience. With a background in football, baseball, wrestling, track & field, and powerlifting, I bring a diverse and rich athletic history to the table.

Growing up in a military family, I learned early on the values of discipline and resilience. Currently, I’m finishing my Philosophy degree with a focus on Ethics at San Diego State University and gearing up to study Biology to enter a Physician Associate master’s program. This academic path gives me a unique perspective on the human body and ethical training practices.

My training philosophy is all about helping you unlock your full potential with personalized, comprehensive fitness strategies. I’m certified in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Nutrition Coaching, and Virtual Coaching through NASM and Precision Nutrition. I’m currently working on additional certifications in Tactical Strength & Conditioning and Strength & Conditioning through NSCA.

At Intertwine Fitness, I specialize in strength training, muscle building (hypertrophy), fat loss, corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, beginner to intermediate calisthenics, and bootcamp readiness for military service. This allows me to create customized programs that fit your specific needs and goals.
