Many trainers only have studied health & fitness to the highest levels, but few to none have lived it and successfully coached it the way I have. Personally, I have lost 115 lbs and achieved 6 pack abs.

My top client lost 100lbs of body fat and increased his back squat by 100 lbs in one year! I have a passion for changing lives, mentally, physically and spiritually. It brings me great joy to help my clients grow (or shrink!) into the person they want to be.

About me:
I am a former Division 1A College Football Player (Offensive Lineman), having played for and graduated from the University of Arizona. I have over 12 years of personal experience in elite-level fitness & athletic training. I have over 5 years of personal training experience.

I specialize in weight management & young athlete training.

My program is completely customized to your preferences & personal goals. With my nutrition program, the food will do about 2/3rds of the work for you! I teach a clean, healthy lifestyle that first transforms your mind, then your body and finally your spirit.
