I am Anke Rincon, a certified coach at SMFT Point Loma, specializing in weight loss and muscle building for women. Originally from South Africa, I bring over 12 years of coaching experience from the Middle East and have spent the last four years in San Diego. My diverse background enables me to understand the unique hormonal dynamics that influence women’s bodies.
I am particularly passionate about supporting women during the pre- and post-natal phases, helping them regain strength and confidence after significant physical changes. Recently, I have shifted my focus to empowering women over 40, assisting them in navigating the challenges of this transformative stage of life.

With 12 years of experience in coaching women, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including the Royal Family of Bahrain. My expertise spans a variety of areas, including preparing individuals for bodybuilding competitions, providing personalized nutrition coaching, and crafting specialized workout programs for women with PCOS. I served as the Head Coach for F45 for four years in Bahrain, where I successfully assisted in launching and managing two facilities. My experience also includes guiding pre- and post-natal transformations, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and wellness for women at all stages of life.
