Personal Trainer in San Diego – Growing up in Argentina, I never placed much emphasis on fitness and health. However, when I moved to the United States, I realized the impact that a healthy lifestyle could have on one’s quality of life. Motivated by my own transformation, I decided to become a personal trainer and help others achieve their fitness goals.

With 8 years of personal fitness experience and 4 years as a certified personal trainer, I have developed a deep understanding of how to effectively adapt fitness plans to suit individual lifestyles, habits, and busy schedules. My area of expertise lies in bodybuilding including contest preparation, weight loss and fat loss, muscle toning, body re-composition, and muscle gain, as well as adapting those said goals not just to private sessions, but to semi-private sessions, small group sessions, and bootcamps.

In addition to my work with individual clients, I have also gained experience as a sport performance coach, working with high school athletes to help them reach their full potential. My hands-on approach to training and commitment to helping my clients succeed sets me apart as a trainer.

My journey into the world of fitness and martial arts began in 2007 when I discovered Muay Thai and other martial arts. Over the years, I honed my skills, dedicating myself to the art and embarking on a journey to educate myself as much as I could as a martial artist.Between 2014 and 2020, I competed In the amateurs, which helped me learn more about the sport and what it takes to be a combat athlete.
