If your primary goal is to build strength, I will create a workout plan that emphasizes weight training and resistance exercises. I will also work with you to improve your form and technique to ensure that you’re performing exercises correctly and safely. In addition to in-person training, I also offer online training to clients who are unable to train in person. This allows me to provide customized workout plans to clients who are located outside of my local area, enabling them to reach their fitness goals from the comfort of their own home.
