As a women’s strength training and body composition Coach at SMTF in San Diego, CA, I specialize in training women of all ages and fitness levels, in guiding them through body composition changes safely and with a little bit of fun mixed in! My fitness journey took a transformative turn when I discovered strength training. During a challenging time in my mid-twenties, I turned to the gym for solace and strength. Originally from upstate New York, I’ve called San Diego home for the past two years, and I’m proud to be part of the thriving fitness community here.

My love for fitness began after high school when I transitioned from competitive hockey to the gym. As a naturally skinny kid, I was determined to build a strong and aesthetic physique.
